Tissue culture flasks are manufactured under the most stringent
conditions and include 100% integrity testing to ensure the
reliability of your tissue and cell culture work. Class 100,000
clean room, USP grade polystyrene VI, and the ISO 9001:2000 quality
management system contribute to the consistent performance of our
tissue and cell culture products. The surface treatment used for
tissue culture provides a negatively charged hydrophilic surface
and results in a uniform cell attachment surface. Growth surfaces
are flat and free of grooves to maximize usable growth area and
transparency.

Non-pyrogenic
Flasks are the preferred vessel for long-term cultivation or
large-scale cell expansion because they provide the best protection
from contamination. Crystalline tissue culture flasks are available
in three sizes: T-25, T-75, and T-175 with TC-treated or untreated
surfaces. Two closure options are available: Filter caps with
high-efficiency air filtration technology that combine excellent
protection with reliable gas exchange and stopper caps with a
locked position to prevent unwanted closure.
Standard tissue culture flasks
The surface of standard tissue culture flasks is hydrophilic and
contains a variety of negatively charged functional groups that
support cell attachment and spreading.
Cell Plus tissue culture flasks
The Cell Plus growth surface is designed for particularly sensitive
adherent cells (e.g., primary cells, sensitive cell culture lines,
and cells cultured under serum-reduced/serum-free conditions).
Suspension tissue culture flasks
The suspension growth surface is a hydrophobic surface that is
particularly suitable for culturing suspension cells and minimizes
cell loss during subculturing due to unwanted micro adhesion.
